On tap at The Brass Tap, Cedar Falls, IA. Served in a snifter.
Pours a light chestnut brown, with minimal amount of white head. Not much to the aroma and flavor when cold. Warming up a bit, notes of malt and caramel begin to peep through. Moderate bitterness, rather light in body, and a dry finish. Okay beer, paired pretty well with spicy food. As always, YMMV.
