Why snow day? Because we brewed it on a snowy day. Enjoy this stout that is a little sweet on the front with a little chocolate, followed by a nice roast on the end of your palate.

On tap at The Brass Tap, Cedar Falls, IA; served in a 5-ounce snifter. Deep blackish brown in color, with a tan head that left some decent lacing as it settled. Roasty malts upfront on the nose and palate, with supporting flavors of chocolate and hints of molasses. Medium bodied, with lots of roasty bitterness. Give this one a chance to warm to cellar temperature, where it really comes together nicely.
