The Other One Brewing Co.

 

Small but intimate and comfortable brewery in Ocean City with parking, good amount of bar seating, a few tables for eating at, and a big comfy leather couch. Limited selection, but very good small batch beers, mostly hops. Small but adequate pub food menu, and great service.

Located on the main strip in Ocean City, it's attached to a few other restaurants/venues. Taproom is small but inviting, the 8 beers on tap were solid. To-go options available.

Really good recent visit. Has only been open for a couple of months but they seem to have their game plan working. Set in among a couple of restaurants (Blu and Embers) along with a cafe, arcade and a mini golf course, all within a few steps. All share a courtyard where you can enjoy your beer if you want the fresh air. Plenty of parking on site.

Inside is a neat, clean, not huge bar and seating area, comfortably decorated. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The owner was originally the manager and brewer of the now closed Backshore Brewing that was on the Boardwalk and he brought his best recipes here with him. Clientele was a good mix of locals and visitors. Right now there are only 8 on tap but the styles were varied and well made. Good selection of snacks as well. Will soon be expanding to 7 days once the Summer season kicks in. Looking forward to a return visit.
