Average...Ok; there are some hops detectable but i am not sure if it fits in a lambic with bitter green apple flavor...Highly carbonated it would be a good summer drink if easier available here.

Lovely appearance with the clear golden brew and plenty of foam. Creamy carbonation on the tongue. Light body. Long nose of flowery hops and light esters. Some tangy fruit and pears for flavor.

The classic Cream of Wheat taste followed by the yeasty tang. Just slightly acidic with a dry finish and a little tannic bitterness in the aftertaste. Overall a highly drinkable Belgian brew, if not a funky sort of Lambic. From the 1/3 litre botle purchased at a French supermarket.

Look: a bit on the dark side for what I expected, somewhat cloudy. Poured in a half-pint glass, the foam disappeared pretty quickly.
Smell: subdued, but funky with a bit of hops.
Taste: this is one hoppy lambic. I was not expecting that and I'm not sure everyone will enjoy it. However, I find it well balanced with the usual green apple tartness. The only but is that there is a bit too much sweetness which dulls the flavour a bit for me. If I drink a lambic I want the full acidic punch.
Feel: good as expected. Champagne-like light and fizzy
Overall: Not my favourite, but I can see myself ordering or buying it again.

Mort subite Blonde Lambic.

I poured the 25cl bottle into a Pelforth glass, poured a two inches head lasting a few minutes.

Aroma is lambic eventhough not as sour as other Mort Subite products. It taste like a dry cider from Normandy. It's not the kind of lambic that will blow you away like many other belgians but thought it was worth a try.

Overall an average, decent lambic. I suspect this one could be hard to find in America and Canada. I purchased it in a supermarket.

A strange one this, and not sure what it is to be honest......it's a lambic beer brewed in a hoppy and floral blonde style, rather than blended with a particular fruit.

It pours like a Belgian blonde, clear golden with small foamy head.

Aroma is lambic in style with a sour pang, no sense of any houblon at this stage.

Taste is a mixture of sweet and vinegary tart, but not really getting any actual flavour beyond that. Ever so slightly florally, but not particularly hoppy.

A dry after taste similar to a dry summer cider, but not inviting you back to quaff more.

Overall average for me.
