On tap at À La Mort Subite in Brussels, Belgium.
This one pours a slightly hazy golden orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells citrusy, with stone fruit, Riesling, banana, oak, and coriander.
As far as I can tell, this is a blend of witbier and lambic, and definitely feels like a nice cross between the two. It’s citrusy and spicy like a witbier, with some fruitiness, funk, and very light acidity from the lambic. The whole effect gives this a sort of peachy, apricot-ish, stone fruit vibe that I definitely dig.
This is light bodied, soft, and very drinkable, with a very light acidity.
This feels like a maybe a lambic for beginners, but I definitely enjoyed it.

Brouwerij Mort Subite “Mort Subite Witte Lambic”
€4/.25cl on tap at Academie De La Biere / Cathedral, Strasbourg, FR
Look: Very hazy gold-brass in color beneath a a short head of white foam.
Very good head retention and excellent lacing. It leaves wide rings of lace with each sip.
Smell: Sweetish with notes of dried apricot and soft peach. Light note of wheaty malt.
Taste: Sweetish and tangy with apricot, peach, and wheat. Very low bitterness if any.
Feel: Light bodied with an effervescent, fine-bubbled and seemingly natural carbonation.
Overall: While I enjoyed this beer I did find it a bit sweet, and not that interesting or exciting. If I were to drink this again I’d take it as an after dinner drink, or perhaps even as a dessert beer.

L- Quite dark gold, 5mm white head with thick lacing adhered on sides of glass
S- Smells like dried apricots to me, unusual.
T- Fruity. Apricotpeach might be about right. Fruit soda'ish, quite refreshing.
M- Towards the dry side, just. Has a bit of a home-brew profile to it [IMHO]; not a refined nor elegant brew.
O- Interesting to try, but not for me. Tastes like a fruit soda, 'not what I came for'.
BB 08-09-19. Bought from Cod Storage, Singapore. 250ml bottle.

An alright beer that is not too complicated. A peachy/sweet/sour beer that isn't as deep as many of its kind but it's very refreshing and a nice one on a warm day.

Very tasty beer, however, is too sweet to have 3 glass in a row.
