SUCCESSION Fermentory, LLC "Nebulae"
16 fl. oz. can; coded "NEB0025" and sampled on 07/02/2023
Notes via stream of consciousness: This is a fruited Berliner Weiss with locally grown Pilsner and wheat malt, honey, and strawberry and rhubarb. It's a hazy pinkish in color a short head of white foam that drops steadily. It smells like soft strawberry but it's not that strong. The flavor delivers much more fruit, and the promised rhubarb. It's lightly acidic but also lightly sweet. It's quite refreshing with sweetness upfront and a dry finish. In the mouth it's medium-light, or perhaps light-medium in body, and gently crisp. Overall it's got enough flavor that you won't be let down, and what's there is very nicely balanced. Worth trying!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
