Our version of a Drijdraad sticks to the historical script, brewed with all Deer Creek Malt floor malted barley and oat, a touch of raw wheat, Murphys Hopyard whole cone Triple Pearl hops, and copious amount of PA beet molasses. Aged in red wine barrels for 2 yrs.

Amber brown with a large creamy tan head. Sour, vinegar-forward aroma with fig behind. Huge tart taste with lime and mild caramel and fig sweetness way behind. Full, creamy feel. Phenomenal beverage. So sour while avoiding being overly acidic. Very smooth.
