At the brewery from a nonic glass.
L: SRM 20 Pours deep burnished red copper color with a slightly frothy 1/4" off white head, fair retention, light carbonation, medium-light random sticky lacing.
S: Caramelized malts, brown bread, grains, lightly floral.
T: Malty, brown bread, molasses, dark fruits, citrus zest. Has a slightly bready aftertaste and very light bitterness. Drinks cleanly.
F: Smooth medium to medium-light bodied feel with a smooth and almost creamy medium-fast clean finish.
O: A beautiful Amber beer with a world-class taste. An excellent blend of ingredients and superb drinkability. One of the best tasting Amber beers I've had. Very easy to drink and is outstanding in its style.
