On tap at the brewery served in a nonic glass.
L: SRM 35 Pours very dark brown with a deep dark mahogany color at the bottom, low carbonation, it has a creamy 1/4" light khaki head, medium-thick creamy lacing.
S: Darkly toasted and lightly smokey caramelized malts, grains, lightly floral & rosy.
T: Taste follows aroma adding sweetness, a hint of cocoa, milk, and a suggestion of char. It is only gently sweet. Slightly thin tasting with all flavors.
F: Smooth, creamy, milk-like medium-heavy bodied feel with a smooth and slick medium-length finish. It is lightly drying.
O: A smooth drinking Nitro Stout that I gather to be leaning towards a Mexican or Central American style Stout. However, no chilies and it is quite smooth. It's a little bit thin yet has a very nice taste, is interesting, and drinks quite easy for it's 6.9% ABV. It is very good in its style.
