As of now, a new brewery, in the southern end of downtown. There is a good amount of dark wood, a tall ceiling, and 1970's -90's rock videos playing. They have a method of pouring beer that Pilsner Urquell has throughout Europe and should be replicated at more brewery tap houses and that is serving tanks of 66-396 gallons, right in the tap room, which looks really good. There are no kegs involved, but there are polymer bags that have to be recycled after one usage, and a new one put in, for the next batch. The tanks don't have to be cleaned, because the beer doesn't come in contact with the tank itself. They also start the pour with a little foam first and then the liquid beer gets poured below the head to isolate it from the air. I think this has a limited effect, since heads usually dissipate almost entirely, by the time the glass is still more than half full. Any way, I had just one beer and it was a single hop, Centennial IPA and it was good. They have a full menu and kitchen, but had already had supper, so have no idea how the chow is.
