The dark lagers of Mexico can be traced back to the immigrant brewers who brought their brewing techniques and recipes from central Europe in the 19th century. They found native grains that suited the beer styles they loved. Our version is based on the same principles: a blend of German and North American malts and corn, German and US hops with German yeast and brewing techniques.
