On tap at the brewery, ordered in a 5 oz snifter
Look: Clear light gold, with a half inch white head with decent retention, reducing to a foam ring with a floating cap, and plenty of finely-bubbled lacing — a pretty pour!
Nose: Grain, lightly-toasted malt, cracker, and a little lemon.
Taste: Nice malt at first, then the flavor thins. Just a hint of lemon, then a dry finish.
Mouthfeel: Thin — appropriate to style. Carbonation is just about right.
Overall; Very drinkable and thirst quenching. With a little more depth in the flavor, this ale has very good potential.
