Bottle pour took some effort, as there's so much rocky road ice cream stuff in it that the neck kept clogging.
However, the nose is walnut and maybe rye barrel? Is hypnotizing. The flavor is melted ice cream. The feel is a bit gritty, as evidence by the 'lacing' on the glass. The walnut comes back to control the sweetness of the finish.
