On tap at the brewery.
The color is a gorgeous glowing orb of honey orange. The head is tight and white.
The aroma is straight Oud Bruin. Cherry, red vinegar though not too harsh, oak. Soft, rich, enticing.
It continues in the flavor with the additional of cider, tart apple, tannins, and more barrel.
Light to medium body with low carbonation.
This sounded good on the menu, but wow! The execution is fantastic. It’s like an Oud Bruin, though lighter in color. It’s just as complex as any similar beers I’ve had.
