Dark copper with a creamy-licious tan head.
There’s a whiff of citrus, just a whiff, caramel malt, and a little metal.
It is not redeemed in the flavor. We’re granted a little more citrus and more caramel. Bitterness is appropriate.
Medium slick body with low carbonation. The bitterness edges up my score here just a bit.
I’m curious where the 1965 comes from. This is like an American IPA from 1995 or 2005.
