Poured from the can into a stange glass.
Frothy, and booming rich head coming out of the can with a big bright white color and mixing big and small bubbles. Lots of retenetion, but the brew provides a gleaming crystal shiny brass body, with minimal rising odd pinhead bubbles on occasion. Light touches of lacing remain while settling making for an above average appearance.
Light herbal hop, a little touch of cracker malt but doesn't come off with a dry sense either. Mild floral sweetness but otherwise rather straightforward aroma.
Palate is interesting. Bit hinting wet body, with some expectations of that with the lower abv. Flavor has a real distinct bubble-gum like sweetness mixing with a touch of honey malt and just enough herbal presence to not make it a sugar mess. Lighter body gives a faint hint of banana ester, and even some bread dough, but flavor is fleeting with the light body.
Not too bad, just wish this had more body and backbone to it as that would push the beer into much more enjoyable Kolsch territory for me.

On draught at the brewery, also have had it from pint cans.
A gold/amber pour with a decent head initially, low retention and lacing though.
Malty flavor with mild bitterness. A decent representation of the Kolsch style.
