Pours a hazy & somewhat carbonated honey color with a thumb of tight cream-colored head. Pretty good head retention & lacing
S: Melons, some breadyness, passion fruit & guava
T: Follows the nose, pretty dry, grassyness, passion fruit, white grapes, pears & dryness up front. Passion fruit, guava, green melon, dryness & tangerine as this beer warmed up. Finishes with a hint of pineapple, more passionfruit, a little dryness & tangerine
MF: Medium body, lively carbonation, nice balance
A very good take on the style from a brewery that slants Belgian. Actually, liked this better from the crowler
