Bottle: Poured a dirty yellow color wild ale with a small foamy head with limited retention and lacing. Aroma of funky ester with some tart cherry notes offset by herbal notes. Taste is also a mix of funky ester with some tart cherry notes and some herbal notes with very faint carrot notes. The body is full for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable wild ale with complex set of flavors
