Brewed for over 100 years in Southern Germany, our version of this style is made with well modified pilsner malt from Troubadour Maltings in Fort Collins. Old world processes and subtle spicy/floral hops compliment the sweet malt character. German lager yeast isolated by Inland Island Yeast Lab work hard at cold temperatures to provide a clean finish.
