Golden color with at thick one finger head with decent retention.
Aroma with notes of mild banana, wheat citrusy, white bread and faint sake.
Flavor with notes of sake, pears, wheat citrusy and a bit of bubblegum. Dry aftertaste with a low bitterness.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Refreshing and not clogging Weiss with apparent Sake nuances. The Sake yeast was felt more intensively in here rather than their other offerings in this lined up. This would hard to beat drink to harmonize with sushi.
