Sometimes a beer can be simple and straightforward, and our Irish Stout checks all the boxes. It is black with pronounced roast flavor reminiscent of coffee, and finishes rather dry. To provide a local flare, our version is brewed up with 100 percent Massachusetts grown and malted base malt with only a smattering of flaked barley, roasted barely, and black prinz, then round out with traditional hopes.
