We paired Tettnang, a traditional German noble hop, with a dose of Mandarina Bavaria. While this hop isn't typical for the style, its citrus heavy aroma, specifically Tangerine, is right at home in a witbier. This citrus character is further amplified by additions of both sweet Curaçao and bitter orange peels. The beer is rounded out by additions of spice and chamomile. Blank slate pours a slightly cloudy straw color with orange and honey-like aromas.
