Ruby coloured beer with a full malty palate, balanced by a crisp hop flavour and lingering hoppy aftertaste.

Still being brewed. Pint at 'Spoons.
Dark amber with a long lasting tan head.
Smell of sweet malt and hops.
Taste is a muted match of the aroma with wood and dried fruit.
Soft, smooth and quite light.

Now just called 'Innkeepers': hand-pulled pint in my local Wetherspoons on 9th Jan 2013.

Clear and bright Chestnut coloured body with a creamy head of white foam.

Malts lead the way here in aromas and tastes: hints of dark fruits throught the semi-sweet malty molasses with the hops just about giving some bitterness and dryness towards the end of each gulp.

A bit one dimensional but I liked it.

Tasted by a pint at my local JDW pub, the Half Moon in East End London. Being the only guest ale on the total 12 handpumps, it was a natural choice for me.

A: luckily it turns out nice and fresh--clear reddish-copper hue, coming with a nice beige beer head on top of a low carbonated body, leaving very tight lacing along the way. Nice!
S: nice aromatic and toffeeish malty nose, backed by dried dark fruits (e.g. plum), apple-peel fruity hops... the body is quite vertical, thanks to the lively hoppyness balanced with crystal malts (? I guess).
T: bitter-sweet toasted malts with a mild toffee backbone and mild touches of caramelised sugar; sour-sweet fruity hops mixed of apples and (unsweet) raisins/other dried berries stay behind, while a dried tea-leafy and slightly spicy Goldings(?) along with a faint hint of bitter roastiness/smokiness (of malts) linger in the aftertaste, slightly dryish in the finish.
M&D: very fresh and smooth for a low carbonated real ale, this one is on form for sure; medium-flavoured, this beer could rate as a session premium bitter alright.
