This gets my early vote for best dark Mexican Lager of the year. It’s mellow and malty with a modest dark roast. Moderately sweet with a pleasant hop-kissed finish and a slight bitterish tang. Overall this is just the right quaff for a lighter style of brew with some dark flavors. Clear amber-brown with abundant foam in the glass. Pleasant grainy aroma. From the 12 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 12/10/25.
