Pours a clear golden yellow with plenty of foam in the Het Kapittel chalice. Light cereal aroma is rather nice, with some straw and a whiff of mustard greens. Sudsy and sharp on the tongue with a light body. Flavor is on the resiny side with a touch of welcome sweetness. Green hop flavors. The aftertaste is rather bitter with some astringency. Still it's eminently quaffable and mouthfilling. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 02/25/25.
