Pours a clear amber brew with long-lasting foam in the Blanche de Chambly goblet. Aroma of cereal with green herbal notes. There is a distinct rice or grain taste but the hops take over. It's not really bitter, but the hops mask the enjoyable rice-cereal-grain flavor. And then it gets bitter in the aftertaste. Still it's quite a quaffable hoppy Lager. From the 16 oz can purchased at the beer store. Dated 4/16/25.
