Step-mashed and decocted. Brewed with Bavarian grown pilsner malt and small batch Hersbrucker hops sourced from Seitz Farms in Hallertau, Germany. Round, bready notes give way to an herbal hop finish that’s dry with balanced bitterness. The hop aromas are fresh and floral, with subtle notes of citrus fruit. Naturally-carbonated and lagered for 6 weeks.

Draft at Brewery Saint X. Poured a crystal clear, straw-yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing. It smelled of cereal, grains, caramel with floral notes. It tasted of caramel, bready malt and a mild bitterness.
