Brewed with a blend of five German malts, step-mashed and decocted. Misty Blue shows a deep malt profile, with notes of dark bread, figs and a touch of cocoa. Round and layered up front, yet crisp, clean and drinkable. Naturally-carbonated and lagered for 6 weeks.

16oz can. Poured out a clear, dark amber color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left sudsy lacing. It smelled of roasted malt, toffee, and sweet caramel. Sweet caramel, toffee, roasted malt and a grassy bitterness.
