Notes: The tap marker reads "A fine beer may be judged with only one sip, however it is better to be thoroughly sure". Crystal clear deep gold body beneath a short head of white. Limited head retention but decent lacing. Light malty aroma with some background fruit. The flavor is much fuller with a caramelish, nutty, and butterscotch-like maltiness that's accented by some floral and grassy hops and yeasty fruitiness (plum). It's firmly bitter but underlying in the flavor, and then extremely long lingering in the finish. Medium to light-medium in body with a very fine, moderate carbonation. Somewhat unique.
