The colour is copper. The small airy head is white.
The smell is gentle with notes of rye bread and citric aroma hops.
The taste is fruity and sweet with some bitterness. I found notes of broth and sweet bread. The delicate bitterness manages to balance the sweetness in a fine way. The rather short aftertaste got notes of sour candy. The bitterness is constant from start to finish.
The carbonation is low with small bubbles.
