From a sixteen ounce can with steampunk-like art, this beer is a dark amber, almost brown, color with a thick off-white head. Great staying power on the head. The aroma has a toasted malt and cracker scent. Wonderful medium-roast grain and malt flavors in the taste. Light sweetness that dries out in the finish. Nice example of a style that seems rare these days.
