Iron Hops Brewery

From a tall aluminum can with label art that features a bad-ass steampunk bunny rabbit, this beer is a crystal clear, light amber color with a monstrous white head. The foam leaves a wonderfully clingy and delicate lace. The aroma is of fresh hops (think nose in a freshly opened hop bag at the homebrew-store). It is hard to get the nose behind the hops, but I do pick up a bit of a biscuit and cracker malt quality. The taste is balanced, with an intense and flavorful hop bitterness. Full in body but not too overpowering. I didn't know what a treat I was in for when I bought this at the local beer store. Wonderful!
