Bottled conditioned IPA. Lot number 208
It settles as a slightly cloudy dark straw colour with a small foam off-white head that fades fast, and light carbonation. It has a quite floral hoppy aroma, and a slight grassy hay with a noticeable sweetish malt in the background. The taste is quite dry and bitter, following on from the nose with the dominance of hops but there is also a very citric lemon character to the taste with adds to the bitterness. This is a nice mildly fruity classic IPA, well worth a try.
