Picked up at a Kenyan grocery store in Kigali, Rwanda. The beer is a bright golden color with a pure white foamy head with great retention and lacing all the way down. Carbonation within. Looks like a classic, refreshing beer.
Smell: Bread, lemony finish. Clean all the way through. Refreshing smell. A bit of floral hops.
Taste: Inoffensive and clean. This has a lemony finish and a bit of floral bitterness within. Malt balance in the form of a grainy presence. No off flavors.
Overall: A great lager for a hot African afternoon. If you can find this, go with it all day over the mass-produced lagers that are around.
