Cream Ale is an historic style dating back to the 19th century. Brewed as an ale, these pale colored, brilliantly clear beers are designed to drink like lagers. Our version features 12.5% flaked corn in the grist, adding a touch of sweetness while helping to dry out the finish of the sip. The best part? All of the corn came from Illinois’s own Iroquois County.
