West Coast IPAs were once the king – fruity, citrusy, and bracingly bitter. Ours is brewed with a classic West Coast hop bill, featuring Simcoe, Centennial, Chinook, and Cascade, all of which combine to create an explosion of piney-citrus on the nose.
