“Wet Hop” beers are already pretty niche, but then combine it with a Belgian IPA, and you have something that is unlike most other beers. We used 30lbs of fresh Vista hops from our friends at Hop Head Farms in our hop back, with a base beer that more resembles a Saison than an IPA. The grain bill is an eclectic mix of 5 different grains: barley, wheat, oats, spelt, and rye.
