The third in our "Cocktail Inspired Ales" Series. Inspired by a Mezcal Paloma, we took a Gose base recipe, and added oak-smoked wheat malt and grapefruit peel to give us a more nuanced experience that marries smoke, salt and tartness in a unique, refreshing, patio-friendly beer.
