Server in a goblet from the bottle here at cervecería Esparte in Conil Spain.
Appearance: brown crude motor oil with a dark tan head with a head which had an initial rise of maybe a nudge below one fingers length off the body.
Smell: strong dark warm brown sugar aroma which hovers your nostrils.
Taste: Sweet complex brew, think of brown sugar and hints of rum and cacao nibs. Addicting brew.
Mouth: Soft carbonation with a full body. Bubbles are a touch week but seriously wouldn't change a thing.
Overall: Excellent beer to finish the night. Strong full bodied and. Literally a dessert in a glass. Salud!
