473ml can poured into tulip.
Pours a pale lemon yellow with one finger of paper white head that leaves some scattered sudsy lace as it recedes.
Smells of puffed rice, spritzed lemon, unsalted soup crackers, faint green apple, spicy yeast and mild grassy hops.
Tastes of crackery pale and rice malt, lemony citrus, more vaguely pomme fruity notes, dusted pepper and cut grass.
Feels light and fizzy. Light bodied with prickly carbonation. Finishes dry.
Verdict: Recommended. A decent thirst quencher even when the weather doesn't exactly call for it.
