My wife and I visited Mujeres for a couple beers after dinner while checking out San Diego about two weeks ago. It's an interesting place, with a very colorful and lively atmosphere (both from a décor standpoint and from the party vibe that was going on the night we were there). The taproom isn't huge, but it's welcoming, and there's a small but comfy deck area, and the whole brewhouse is visible from the taproom, which I always love. Service was quick and friendly; the staff and everyone seemed to be having a good time.
They had 8 of their beers on tap, plus seltzer, NA options, and a whole of micheladas and seltzer cocktails (they'll even do an NA michelada!). Styles included 3 IPAs (including a hazy), a Japanese rice lager, blonde ale, saison, Mexican lager, and chocolate stout. So, not a ton of taps, but an interesting selection, particularly when you include all the michelada options. I had the hazy IPA and the rice lager, and both were totally solid.
Mujeres doesn't seem to have too many reviews on this site and I'm surprised -- the beer is good! If I ever make it back to San Diego I'm going to have to stop in here again.
