Memento - Brasserie Artisanale

Fun locale with a multi-foor vibrant indoor space and a large wrap around porch outside. Staff is super friendly, bubbly even, though not speedy they care about your time with them. Beer selection favored ipas, but had old world styles too. The quality was around average, but the flavors they extract were impressive

This place feels like you are in someone's house. The decor makes you feel like you are lounging in a local's living room. The beers are tasty and the service beyond friendly. Great food too, which is worth sampling

Located off the Lachine Canal, the location is tough to beat. Incredibly hip decor with funky wall art, neon lights and a crowd to match. One bar downstairs, one upstairs but the upstairs bar only had a single draft available (the Blinky lager). In total, 12 beers on draft but only 5 were in-house, which is a shame because the beers I sampled (particularly the Irish Double Stout) were great. The balance of the taps were other local Quebecois beers. Very friendly service. Great start, if they can produce more beers and maintain quality this will be among the best destinations in Montreal. Can’t wait to revisit.
