Brown honey colour, lightly veiled. White foam, with big bubbles (but the bottle is exploded at the opening.. After a while is a little better, lightly creamed too).
Smell of a field of fresh flower, anise, hay, fresh and dry hop, unripe apricot (peach? Orange?).
The taste is citric-tart, with notes of honey and pear.
Aftertaste citric-tart (quince?), maybe lightly herbal.
Light body.
