IPA-New England/Hazy
Cast No Shadow is our latest hazy IPA and our first using Elani hops. Brewer Doug was inspired to combine them with more traditional Simcoe and Chinook, and he says the results have sweeter tropical undertones with notes of kiwi fruit, while balanced by a piney backbone. Nice and balanced and super drinkable at 6.1% ABV.

Good, well balanced NE ipa with nice mouthfeel; medium hoppiness; light haze; an understated piney/citrusy flavor and a clean, quick-fading aftertaste. Very quaffable.
