Building is a large repurposed barn that was originally built in the 1960s or so. Easy access into main parking lot off of the main road. Good parking and some outdoor seating and yard games available.
Walking inside, taproom area is upstairs and a smaller area is downstairs. Staff says the downstairs is set up for winter and events, while upstairs is in season and public drinking area. Small cooler of togo beers, and some other merch. All brewing equipment is visible from the upstairs tap room. Very high ceilings, its a barn afterall, but generally pretty cool vibe for a place to have a beer or two. Maybe 8 seats at the bar and several table chair combos nearby.
Seven draft lines available, with some IPAs, two pilsners and a sweet imperial stout that features coffee and coconut.
One pilsner is a fundraiser for local watershed association, as an environmental scientist, I of course bought some of this beer. It is a pretty crisp and light pils with a bit of grainy flavor. Also tasted the imperial stout and found it to be well balanced between the coconut, chocolate and coffee notes.
they also had a limited food menu of pizzas and soft pretzels with some other snacks as well. We didnt eat during our visit.
Staff were friendly and shared the Seneca Lake Beer passport with us which is a cool way to encourage additional brewery visits around the lake. Brewery is in same location as a different brewery and this is not a rebrand but all new recipes and entity in the location.
I was pleasantly surprised by the location and beers were solid
