DATE: January 18, 2026... OCCASION: a much snowier day than expected (six to eight inches?) has me still feeling in the Christmas spirit--and this second DS offering from their holiday variety pack should make a good pairing... GLASSWARE: nonick... pours a dark, almost opaque orange amber body that sports nearly three fingers' worth of thick, frothy off-white foam... the pine cone impact is undeniable, with orange, tangerine, and grapefruit promising a juicy profile... little in the way of malts to be detected... its body is medium-bodied, effervescent, biting at the teeth, and acidic at the throat... it presents bigger than its 5.2% ABV would have you believe... lemon, pineapple, honey, dripping pine, and citric kick... I like how they bent their formula to reflect the season and its coniferous-centric tradition...
