1.5 month old can poured into a tulip. Easily the most disappointing beer I've had from Marble Fox. Looks the part with a pineapple juice body, a little bit of murk, and a nice foamy head with splotchy lacing. Coloring is a little muddy otherwise it might score better on look. Unfortunately the aroma and taste are incredibly mild and high uninteresting. Definitely some lime essence, as advertised, but everything else is muddled tropical and citrus fruits with very little that can be identified. Pleasant grassiness but there just isn't much there. That's especially true on the tongue, which is totally non-descript. Grassy, a mineral element, definite juicy feel, but little actual flavors to soak in. Certainly drinks easy but I like some quality flavors in my IPAs and this one is terribly lacking.
