Dated 02/12/26 PRIZE, into a Xul becher pint.
Pours a totally opaque light (?) yellow with lasting creamy white foam. Looks like one of those weird Troon IPAs. Aroma is overwhelmingly cantaloupe, honeydew, some orange, and a little pith and funk. Flavors are intensely grapefruit, a lot of dry stone fruit, and a little melon, alongside some diesel. Very low bitterness, not too sweet, just generally fruity and smooth. The melon flavors are really great and the whole thing is incredibly creamy and vanilla forward which is impressive. Each flavor is very bold, especially the stone fruit, but there's not a lot of sugars and zero malt presence. I drank this one too easily to give it the review it deserves. Feel was great, incredibly thick and heavy but still easy to drink. It had massive flavor while giving off the impression that I was drinking a sort of thin fruit smoothie, and no trace of the ABV besides the impressive flavors and thickness. Good body and warming in the chest but zero ethanol.
Overall, this would've probably been one of the first beers since Brett from Barrique joined the team, and this is a monster of a beer. Marble Fox is inconsistently the best TIPA brewer in Nashville if not Tennessee, with their hits being balanced but juicy hop bombs with unparalleled flavor, and their misses being sugary boozy messes. This one is incredible. Humongous hop flavors delivered in a thick, smooth package. I wish I had more of these, but wow, they hit hard once they hit.
