Illegible date besides 02/26, into a Xul becher pint.
Pours a murky orange with impressive fluffy white foam. Aroma is overripe mango and rotten grapefruit, very evident of the hops used. Flavor is all overripe mango with a little bittersweet grapefruit on the back end. Malt presence is negligible and it's very low alcohol, but the hops really shine here. It's a ton of overripe fruits and dense mango, with a slightly boozy kick on the back end. I get the nectarine/stone fruit coming through, but I think I drank this one a little too warm to appreciate how smooth and sweet this one could be. There's a little resin and vegetal bitterness but really not much at all. Feel is good, very low carbonation and not too boozy. The thickness helps the hops a lot.
This one would be exceptional, but I didn't check the temperature on my beer fridge and ended up drinking it way too warm. Ideally hazy IPAs should end up room temperature, but this one started room temperature which really hurt it. I didn't finish the pint, but I can recognize it would've been great at a good temperature.
