Hand-pulled pint in the excellent Cock Hotel, Wellington (Shropshire) on 29th Sept 2012.
Lovely amber body, clean and clear looking: on top an off-white crown which provided a host of lacing as the beer sank down my UK pint sleeve glass.
Floral hop nose: mid malty touch as well (mildly toasted/roasted bread/biscuit notes).
The taste was also floral hop with the malts clearly present as well: again the malts stayed in the background just preventing the beer becoming too bitter or hoppy. The malt content added some smoothness but no real sweet infusion: interesting and another fine beer from Titanic.
Nice blend of flavours and very easy to drink.
